We were able to connect to your server and fetch the page without problem, but when we examined the content of the page it was missing a phrase that we believe should be there.
As an extra check on the correctness of your Web page, we have configured phrases that appear as though they will always be there. You may have requested the phrases be added, or one of our support staff may have defined the phrases in setting up our Page Integrity service for your site. The goal is to increase the likelihood of catching mistakes, bad uploads or malicious damage.
1. The page may be correct without the phrase, and it is no longer required.
2. The phrase may be missing due to accidental or malicious damage.
Step 1. If you are happy with the content of the page the way it is, just let us know and we will stop looking for the phrase. You may find it helpful to check the Weekly Status Report and examine the list of prohibited and required phrases we are checking for. If you want to add or delete phrases from the lists please let us know by email.
If the missing phrase indicates an error, you should resolve the underlying problem. We will automatically rescan the page and send a message when the page complies with the content specification. If it is helpful in diagnosing the problem, we likely have a cached copy of the html source for the page from the time the error occurred. If you email us we’ll be happy to pass this along.
As with all errors, if we can be of help resolving your problem please let us know by email to support@brandprotect.com or by calling toll-free (800) 724-4724 from within the United States or Canada, or (416) 269-7744 internationally.
