Roberto Drassinower, CEO and President
As CEO and President, Roberto is responsible for overseeing BrandProtect’s strategic direction and growth as the leader in online reputation management. Roberto brings to this role extensive leadership experience and the skills to drive this growing company. Prior to joining BrandProtect, Roberto founded DME Consulting Inc., a boutique management-consulting firm that advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
Michael Kiefer, General Manager
A recognized network and security expert and risk visionary, Michael brings more than 25 years of network, telephony, internet risk and predictive analytics experience to his role at BrandProtect. For the past four years Mr. Kiefer has been an FS-ISAC Affiliate Board Advisor and recently joined the Board at Glenview Credit Union. He has also co-authored a number of social media governance papers including a one for ISACA. Prior to joining BrandProtect, Michael had been involved in the development of new technologies and SaaS at a number of companies, including Cisco and AVAYA in executive roles.
Frankie Wong, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Frankie is the technology visionary for BrandProtect and leads the team efforts in building innovative products and solutions that support the business. Prior to joining BrandProtect, Frankie founded Avokia creating middleware that delivers continuous availability to mission critical applications and databases. He later assumed the position of CTO to focus on research and development of advanced technologies.
Alan Peck, Chief Financial Officer
Alan is responsible for defining and executing the financial strategy, as well as enhancing the quality and performance of the company's internal financial operations, human resources, legal, treasury, and related information systems. He has also served as the Senior Financial Executive for technology, manufacturing and distribution organizations throughout his 20-year career, with a solid track record of improving, solidifying and maintaining each company’s financial position, human resources management, treasury operations, and information systems.
Greg Mancusi-Ungaro, Chief Marketing Officer
Greg is responsible for developing and executing the BrandProtect market, marketing, and go to market strategy. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading and advising world class marketing teams and organizations. Prior to joining BrandProtect, Greg served in marketing leadership roles at ActiveRisk, Savi Technologies, Sepaton, Deltek, and Novell, building world-class teams, products and marketing initiatives. He is a co-founder of the openSUSE project, one of the world’s leading open source initiatives.
Elyse Neumann, Director, Brand Abuse
As Director, Operations Elyse is responsible for leading the account team and ensuring client needs are established and addressed. Elyse is an expert in all aspects of online fraud, brand protection and social media risk. Since 2003 she has implemented new solutions that have enhanced the company’s service offering. Elyse has many years of industry experience, and has participated extensively in round table discussions, conferences and providing expert knowledge and recommendations to clients and other fortune 500 companies.
Shanna Gordon, Director, Social Media
As Director, Shanna is responsible for leading the SMART (Social Media Analysis and Research Tool) team and ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery for our SMART customers. Over the past eight years, Shanna has worked directly with Fortune 500 clients on their social media, anti-phishing and brand protection strategies. Shanna participates in a variety of industry conferences, committees and white papers. She is a thought leader on social media and risk management solutions.
Dylan Sachs, Director, Identity Theft
Dylan is responsible for leading the Incident Response Team, who handle all identity theft incidents targeting our clients. Leveraging his technical and customer service background, Dylan works directly with many Fortune 500 national and international banks to help better protect their customers through developing anti-phishing and identity theft strategies. He is a regular participant and contributor to APWG (Anti-Phishing Working Group) and FIRST (Forum for Incident Response and Security Teams) groups, and hopes to meet you at one of the many conferences he attends.
